We provided end-to-end project management services in handling the IT infrastructure needs of new offices, relocation of existing offices, expansion and closure of offices in the APAC and EMEA region.

- Voice – Ensure smooth planning, procurement and installation of voice servers and gateways, deployment of IP phones and circuits
- Security and surveillance – Ensure physical and logical security of the office premises. Deployment of cameras, access card readers, badges, security servers, alarm systems and intrusion prevention
- Facilities – Ensure the site is ready for IT infrastructure deployment i.e. cabling, rack capacity estimation and device power requirements analysis.
