- Our project managers are providing end to end project management following industry laid out best practices such as PMI, while leveraging the latest tools such as MS Office, MS projects, Visio etc. to deliver IT projects according to the client’s needs and specifications. The client has 6 major focus areas (described below) that he would like us to integrate to ensure a smooth delivery of the projects
- Audio Visual – Ensure smooth planning, procurement and installation of AV equipment, Telepresence systems etc.
- Network – Ensure smooth planning, procurement and installation of network devices and circuits
- Voice – Ensure smooth planning, procurement and installation of voice servers & gateways, deployment of IP phones and circuits
- Security – Ensure physical and logical security of Clients offices. Deployment of Cameras, Access card readers, Badges, Security servers, Alarm systems, Intrusion break in prevention etc
- Facilities – Ensure the site is ready for IT infrastructure deployment i.e. cabling, rack capacity estimation, device power requirements analysis
