Balakumar Vijayendran - Director
Balakumar brings to MindSquare over 16+ years in the IT Industry. He is a certified MCSE, ITIL professional and an internal security auditor for ISO 27001 as well as having knowledge in ISO 20000 certification audit. Prior to MindSquare he has managed multiple clients, overseeing their complete IT Operations at MindRiver Information Technologies Pvt Ltd (Now Acropetal Technologies Ltd); he has also been actively involved in the setting up of Data Centre's for Symphony Services in Bangalore and responsible for their windows server migration. He has rich experience in managing NOC, Application Management Services, Telecom and Windows Domain. Prior to MindRiver, he has worked at Aspect Development India Pvt Ltd, I2 Technologies.

Sanjay Nayak - Director
Sanjay Nayak brings to MindSquare over 15+ years of Information Technology experience in global markets. He has successfully executed diverse roles including Account Management, Operations, Program Management and Best Practices initiatives. His success in these roles has always been through strong internal and external relationships and extensive learning from peers, team members and mentors. Prior to MindSquare, Sanjay Nayak worked as an Account Manager in the Health Care Division at MindRiver-Acropetal till 2012. During his career at MindRiver-Acropetal, he has executed multiple Support projects at CISCO and Columbia Asia. He started his career in Wipro working as an Offshore Development Center Administrator and later as a Senior Project Manager handling multiple support projects for US based customers.

Vaishali Bansal - Director
Vaishali brings to MindSquare 14+ years of rich experience in Service Delivery & Customer Relationship Management. Prior to MindSquare, Vaishali handled & managed Service Delivery at MindRiver Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Now Acropetal Technologies Ltd.) It is under her management and leadership, that this business unit has fulfilled some of the most critical and toughest requirements and in the process churned out some great performers who have delivered their best, under the most stressful conditions. Vaishali hails from Kolkata, but has completed her education of BCom Honors from Mumbai University.
